Doskan Consulting is a partner-led boutique firm. Avi Sangar leads the practice, bringing 18+ years of international HR leadership, and works with a small team of specialist consultants who bring deep data and CRM expertise to every engagement. The result is two disciplines under one roof: the people side of transformation and the systems that support it.

Avi leads the people side: HR strategy, change management, and organizational transformation for companies navigating mergers, hypergrowth, and reorganization. Alongside him, Doskan’s data and CRM practice brings the systems side: CRM implementations, enterprise migrations, and the analytics that make data usable.

Most firms would sell you one of those and subcontract the rest. We bring both under one roof, on the same engagement, because the hard problems (a reorg that depends on a new system, a CRM that only works if people actually change how they work) sit exactly between them.

Avi Sangar leads the people side of transformation. Over 18+ years he has run international HR through mergers, hypergrowth, and organizational change at Viasat, TikTok, and Congruex, partnering with executive leaders across organizations of 6,000+ employees in 30+ countries.

The work rarely stops at strategy. He led HR integration for a multi-billion-dollar aerospace acquisition, ran a Workday rollout across 30 countries, and built the HRBP team and job architecture TikTok needed while it scaled from startup to enterprise. PMP and SPHR certified, MBA from USC Marshall.

The practice has delivered multiple platform migrations across Salesforce and NetSuite, led CRM implementations and data integrations, and built analytics infrastructure for a global nonprofit organization managing fundraising operations at scale.
